This restaurant is highly rated on google maps for a reason! Owned and operated by family this small business should be your go to place in Fredericton DT! I kept going back to dine during my stay in Fredericton. My first days I tried Beef Ribs with high spice level and it was on point served with mashed potatoes and garden salad. Second day I tried Jamaican jerk chicken with high spice level which is served with Mac n cheese and rice! That too was spot on! Third visit I tried the chicken curry and just like my previous visits, this was spot on too! For the sides I tried chicken samosa, coconut shrimps and fruit iced tea. Everything that I tried at this place was spot on!
This is such a yummy place. It has been a long time since I’ve had Caribbean food with such flavor. The roti was just as good as the first one I had in Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. The service is awesome, the prices are reasonable and the portions all you need. We can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu.

You’ll get greeted with a wonderful host with an amazing personality who knows how to make his guests feel right at home. Things will only get better after you dig into the most amazing meal. The hospitality, service and readiness of the restaurant is unmatched. Such a wholesome family style welcome followed by a lovely set up for my graduation dinner along with a little sweet treat as a congratulatory gesture from the lovely dad and daughter duo who served us will stay with me forever. I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic and HALAL Caribbean food with amazing service and such a wholesome vibe.
Excellent food, the Short Rib was really great, perfect balance, the entire place seems awesome and had a really good vibe, my wife loved the fettuccini.

Amazing restaurant with amazing service! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can’t wait to try more of their dishes. They are extremely accommodating and were happy to adjust my meal since I can’t eat gluten. 10/10 recommend!
My friend and I visit every year. This was our first time at Caribbean Flavas. We ordered 2 meals with small add on, tea, coffee and a dessert. The food was wonderfully delicious with moderate portions. The hosts were incredibly kind. Our bill was 100. without alcohol. Little pricey for us but we enjoyed ourselves:)
